Jacksonport Wisconsin is an excellent “jumping off point” for those interested in exploring Cave Point and Whitefish Dunes State Park. Located just south of the village.
Both parks offer breathtaking views and plenty of outdoor activities. You will find Jacksonport is a little more relaxed than the hustle and bustle of villages on the Green Bay side of the Peninsula.

Glidden Lodge is a few miles south of Jacksonport and offers great waters edge beach condominiums. And is a few minute drive from Whitefish Dunes State Park. One, two or three bedroom condo rental units feature a breathtaking view of Lake Michigan. A two-person whirlpool tub, gas fireplace, and fully appointed kitchen are standard features.

Jacksonport Craft Cottage

This shop features the original work of over 60 artists. The shop occupies the original main floor of a restored 1860's era log home.
The Craft Cottage features Wisconsin-made Amish quilts, wall hangings, pillows and rugs; baby quilts; cloth dolls; children's wooden toys; Amish dolls; Clark Lake sweatshirts & t-shirts; hand painted clothing and accessories by Char; wind socks; American Girl, Bitty Baby, Barbie and other sized doll clothes; and hand-carved wood and paper mache' figures.
What to do in Jacksonport
Of course the nearby state parks offer the outdoor enthusiast a host of recreational activities. Once there explore the hiking, biking and cross-country ski trails.
